Halloween Party – SOLD OUT ……. Thank you to everyone who has purchased a ticket for tonight’s Halloween Party. This event is now sold out and for the safety of everyone we will be unable to admit anyone without a ticket. Have a great evening and thank you for your support.

Family Fun Day

We desperately need:

-Donations of cakes or buns to sell in the Refreshment’s Marquee (drop off on Saturday 29 July or message us to drop off before)
-Hourly volunteers to assist in the Refreshment’s Marquee, raffle ticket selling, set up, end of day clear up etc.

Rooms and Bookings

At Cowling Village Hall we have a wide variety of rooms suitable for many purposes.
We want to actively encourage social activities in our community.
Discounts are available for groups making regular bookings and paying in advance.

Main Hall
18m x 9m, suitable for some sports, parties and large gatherings
Mon – Fri before 5pm: £11 / hour
All other times: £16 / hour

 

 


Function Room / Meeting Room
We have a meeting room, accommodating up to 20 people in a round table format.
This room may be suitable for smaller functions.
Mon – Fri before 5pm: £8 / hour
All other times: £11 / hour

 

 

Kitchen
We have a fully equipped commercial standard kitchen. This can be used to really help your event in the hall go with a swing. Users of the hall can of course use the kitchen for tea / coffee making at no extra charge, however if you intend to cater your event more extensively please enquire at time of booking
